Warranty Policy

Applicable Objects:

All products bearing the Perfection by M brand.

Warranty Period:

The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase and varies depending on the product. Please refer to the user manual and notifications from the official distributor in each market.

Warranty Conditions:

• Products must show signs of technical defects under normal use conditions.
• Products must remain intact, without warping, cracking, scratching, chipping, or breaking (except for manufacturing defects).
• No signs of mold, oxidation due to placement in a humid environment.
• Damage determined to be due to manufacturer's technical defects.
• Products are within the warranty period.

Cases of Warranty Denial:

• Products without warranty labels or labels torn during the first repair.
• Damage due to natural disasters, floods, fires, or waterlogging.
• Damage due to improper use of electricity, poor electrical connections, or contaminated water.
• Damage, scratches, or wear and tear during normal use.
• Incorrect use according to manufacturer's instructions or incorrect installation.
• Changes, adjustments by third parties not covered by the Perfection by M warranty system.
• Mold, oxidation, rust, insect infestation, or foreign objects entering the machine due to improper storage.
• Products warped, cracked, scratched, or broken due to external forces.
• Warranty expired according to the specified period.
